The Office of the Clerk of Courts

Clerk of Courts - Frequently Requested Information - Payment Options - Bail Posting - Online Forms - Expungement - Summary Appeals - Superior Court Appeals - Private Investigator License

  • Clerk of Courts will be open during regular hours with limited staff; however, appointments are necessary.
  • Please limit visitors to the one person who needs assistance (do not bring others with you).
  • Our priority will be documents related to the limited matters being handled by the court.
  • Payments should be made by mail or on-line if possible.
  • Cash payments for bail and fines/costs/restitution are discouraged.

Clean Slate

Governor Wolf signed Act 56 of 2018 on June 28, 2018 providing for the sealing of criminal records. For more information regarding this legislation, please see the helpful links below.
